I am the co-founder of Bias Hurts. Alongside Steffon Issac, we are shining a light on bias and its consequences in the workplace.
We are collecting anonymous stories of bias in the workplace in hopes to give voice to those that do not have one. The stories are displayed on our website and on social media. All stories are also available with audio and we are committed to working with folks on accessibility and humanizing the experience.
